Tashan Oakley-Boothe and Kylian Kouassi

Posted about these 2 other day, was impressed with Oakley-Boothe in his short cameo. Has very good
ball control IMO, if he's still with us could sign him if others leave before deadline ?

With Jensen Weir’s arrival, is another creative midfielder something we need? Can’t see us signing him as the squad is - like you say, if others leave i.e virtue, might be useful

I guess they are not going to appear in any competitive games now. May sign around the time of the deadline if we are still interested, which may depend on other comings and goings I would imagine.

If Kouassi has returned to Sutton he has not played for or appeared on their bench for their games so far.

My Stoke supporting mate on Tashan Oakley-Boothe "Had a few anonymous games for us, but wouldn't write him off. He had a brilliant debut and everyone got excited about him. Played a few games after that and fizzled out. Had a bit of bad luck with injuries and never got a run, should have gone out on loan earlier. He was one of those players you really wanted to work but not quite there yet. To my eye he was skillful but lacked speed of thought and strength. He is still a young player could become a decent number 10"

Let's give the guy a chance, people said he looked alright vs Hibs.

Infact I might to TTV and have a look.

Just had a quick watch of the game vs hibs when he was on, not a whole lot to take from that, looked fairly tidy but didn't give loads to go off.

Well have to trust the process and see him in games that matter for a longer period.

Looks like he is signing - it sure about a replacement for Jerry Yates though - 4 goals in 46 appearances? Rising star so would love him to turn up here and prove his worth

Kouassi is on Wiki at 5ft 9, surely that can't be right. Read on the Sutton message board that he's like a tank and good in the air. I've seen a couple of vids on you tube and if he's 5ft 9 the rest of the Sutton lads must be 5ft 6.

His back side is 5ft 9ins from what I saw warming up before Hibs

Critch sees this as one for the future, but has the tools to be a top striker. We are still after another proven attacker.
