Attack, attack, attack! We need to shake off the away day shackles and get after them. They also played last night, albeit 30mins less and don't have to travel but will be down after missing out on a trip to Anfield. Play like last night and eventually our away form will turn, let's hope it is this weekend. 🍊🍊🍊

3 of those players didn't play last night so would be fresh another 5 played a hour so no real effects of extra time.
Lyons, Morgan and Marv can be monitored during Saturdays game regarding fatigue.
 
I don't think we will risk playing Gabriel after he had 105 mins so as wbs I'd go Lyons and Coulson. Marv played well defensively but was still shite on the ball so Casey would play in the middle of the 3 for me. I'd rest Connolly even though he was OK last night too.

Norburn and Morgan no doubt will be tired, so Dougall should star…oh.
Cue Virtue starting. Carey was anonymous again last night so wouldn’t like to see him start.
 
The formation change was a big factor for me last night and as I have said in another thread lets hope his eyes have been opened and he doesn't revert to type now.

Same team as finished last night for me but we all know it’s not going to happen.

Can't disagree with teams above... amazing how we would all drop two players... he needs to do this sat and give others their chance. But like formation and this I can't see it happening 😞

Six of the team that finished last night had played about 135 minutes against a Premier league side. It would be madness to put them all in to start on Saturday, we aren't allowed that many substitutions.

Coulson, Rhodes and CJ will probably start along with Virtue perhaps with fresher legs in midfield. I'd also like to see Casey and maybe Pennington at the back as all the defenders were out on their feet by 10:15 pm, and to ask them all to start on Saturday is a big risk.
 
The starting XI is clearer, or should be. Gabriel and Lyons start, so does Norburn and Morgan. Dembele and Rhodes also. CJ starts on the assumption that BR won't sit back and he'll have some space. I'd be inclined to rest Husband, but I don't see how he can be- he needs to cut out those stupid passes aka giving the ball away though. Casey and Epo or Penno. Keeper will sort itself out.

Connelly can play deep, like at Keele services as the bus leaves without him. Disclaimer....I've always liked CC as a fill in in a number of positions for maybe 3/4 games, but he's not a regular imo.
 
Let’s start Joseph and Lavery to take the game to them. The pressing from them 2 completely changed the game yesterday.
