I think a few changes are needed to rest a few and freshen things up, I'd also be tempted to try and different formation:

O'Donnell
Offiah Casey Husband
Gabriel Norburn Finnigan Ashworth
Embleton
Bondo Rhodes
 
The league is more important, in my opinion. Give the lads who have played a lot a rest and make sure we’re ready for 3 points Wednesday at Shrewsbury.
 
Rest Joseph, as he looks like he's carrying an injury and with his work rate, he needs a rest.
Play Dom Ballard, as he needs regular game time in the hope that he'll eventually score & then go on a scoring run. For a striker 1 goal in 12 appearances speaks for itself.
SB will rest players & give others game time, I just hope we don't get embarrassed by a very good Brum side in front of their big travelling contingent.

Need some continuity, any player can get injured at any time, a good cup run might make the season memorable we need to try and win or the season drifts into nothing or relegation. Id go with last nights starting 11 and see if we can develop some cohesion and patterns of play.

I think confidence is more important than rest and I'd go, as much as possible, same again.
Don't forget £75k to get through to Round 3 and maybe a really lucrative tie.
The club needs a boost and Man United at home with Bruce's connections could provide that.
