Wonder if he will consider Bees or just paper talk?

Speaking to the Blackpool Gazette, Critchley has admitted his goals have given him ‘food for thought’, saying:
“I’m really pleased for Bees because it’s been a tough period for him, but his attitude is fantastic. He’s so willing to work to get better, and he wants to keep improving.
“He’s given me food for thought, and that’s the message to the players when they get an opportunity.”

No doubt he took his goals well on Tuesday which will have given his confidence a boost.

Do I think he should start? Not for me, he’s not shown enough when involved from the start in league games.

With Lavs out, he will certainly make the bench but wouldn’t be surprised at all if he starts.

Who partners Rhodes? Toss up between Kouassi and Bees I think? Bees might get the nod. Joseph off the bench late on.

I agree we look thin up top really and Joseph is likely to remain on the bench.

I just hope if Bees does start then we see something from him. He really needs to grab this opportunity with both hands. I would rather we go with Kouassi.

Beez wax is only a league 2 standard forward.

Unfortunately the Seasiders skipper could be absent once again on Saturday afternoon at Bloomfield Road.
“Norbs (Ollie Norburn) got a crack in his ribs in the first half against Bolton last week,” Blackpool manager Neil Critchley explained. "He seemed to go down and struggled, but he carried on through the game and finished it. He’s been very sore after it. "He’s been out on the grass doing a bit of running, and as he was before the Bolton game, he’s desperate to be involved. "When you’ve got an injury on your ribs, you struggle to breathe and running is difficult. "We’ll have to take a late call on him.”

He was assaulted by Charles clearly thumping him in his ribs, next to ref who obviously didnt see it.
He needed long treatment twice but carried on often in pain holding his ribs. Clear red if seen surely, but opposition never get red do they?

If he has actually cracked his ribs he will be out for a few weeks I would think. I’ve done that a couple of times. It is very painful and gets a lot worse before it gets better.

Least there's two positives for the weekend.
However they have only scored 10 goals all season and so FFS get attacking from the off, get some early goals (and then probably hang on as we didn't against Cheltenham and Fleetwood!)
