I’m trying to sell an iPhone 11 and when I look on eBay, most of them say CDMA + GSM. what does that mean and how do I find out if mine has those?

it’s 2g technology - it’s very old.
Your carrier will define wether you have it not you.
Go into…
Settings / Mobile / Mobile data
You will see if you have it or not - it’s a bit irrelevant these days.

I’m no techie, but from binging on CSI New York over the last few years, I’m pretty sure GSM stands for Gun Shot Mesidue.
It’s either that or its what the forensic investigators often see on bedding when they use that blue light.
