Tens machines

Anyone got any experience of these, my wife has an ong knee problem and I’ve got severe pain in my hand and wrist as well as a muscle problem in my shoulder. I think the hand/wrist problem is probably osteoarthritis. will these machines work and if so which one.

There seems to be different ones for different areas of the body, and I can’t understand why, don’t they just have pads you apply where you need to?

Mine has multiple programs for different parts of the body. (Ooooeeerrrrr)

It cost about £70 ten years ago.

They are a bit old fashioned nowadays. My Mum has a 12 machine she uses and reckons it’s about 20% better than her old tens machine in terms of pain relief
