We are interested in signing this experienced defender who has slipped down the pecking order at Charlton. Thoughts?

We can be interested in lots of players, but the bottom line is sadler won’t go the extra furlong to get these players,Bishop last season, only one example, then we end up with players no other club wants,Bridcut another prime example.

If this is the limit of our ambition, we are set to be a long time in League 1. Having said that if it included Connolly and Morgan, I'd be all for it.

Norburn
Joseph
- paying Rhodes wages
You don’t have a clue about Colby Bishop either - the move not happening wasn’t about money. It was about us feeling sure we were getting Ellis Simms, Bishop being the second option and him not wanting to be someone’s plan b.
Also we met the release clause for Cameron Brannagan and offered excellent wages - but he bottled it for an extra 2k

They’re all facts by the way

The facts are we have signed utter dross and now can’t compete with the arse end of League One. Throw in a tactically poor manager and you get the results like this week.

Change is needed.

Or he might just not want to pay out over priced fees, which I agree with.
Bishop failed a medical, nothing to do with not wanting to pay out.

Except for the fact that Sadler brought in some quality in the summer, and will recognise that we need to in Jan, depending on who stays and goes.
