Thank you email from the club re last night

Received today to thank me for buying a ticket last night and supporting the lads on such a cold night etc. I think that’s a nice touch it said although we didn’t get the result we wanted the support was much appreciated. I think that’s a great gesture. Good on them.

Only 652 less than last year when we played them and that was on a Saturday.

Forest had the full east in that one too. So home fans were up this time.

We were in the championship, in a poor moment yes but on a Saturday and not as bored of playing Forest.

We got more home fans last night, in a league lower, on a freezing cold weeknight with the game on tv and people not as bothered about playing them.

Yes it wasn't the biggest crowd ever but it was much better than last year given the factors against.
