The Swindon Town Supporters Trust (TrustSTFC) would like to publicly thank the BST for their help in recent weeks. STFC has been in turmoil and we have sought guidance from the BST on how to approach a fan boycott in an attempt to force our previous owner to sell. Although thankfully there has since been a change in ownership which means this is no longer necessary the support we received was greatly appreciated, the BST is an inspiration and a fantastic example of what can be achieved by a supporters Trust.

We are grateful to our friends at Swindon for their kind remarks, and glad that we were able to do something to help them. Thankfully, they have got the change of ownership they were looking for and the need for more drastic fan action is receding.

Unfortunately there are other clubs out there where supporters groups are gravely concerned about the manner in which they are being run - we have been, and still are talking to a number of them. For them the struggle goes on, and serves to underline just how important the work being carried out by Tracey Crouch really is.

Well said 👏👏

Does your new ownership mean you're no longer our feeder club?

Good luck guys hope you get things back on track.

good luck, hope it all works out for you. fans need to stick together. proud to be a BST member and very glad we were able to help.

Couldn’t care less about Swindon to be honest, we certainly didn’t get any sympathy down there a few years back, but that’s the way I like it, what I will say to Swindon is thanks for the players👍🏻 If only you hadn’t wanted Carson out all those years ago aye !! reap what you sow, to be honest hope they go into non league, nothing to see in swindon😁
Stay classy.

What thegoalmachine is really saying is, love and hate are opposite sides of the same coin and without each other, we're all nothing. Just 11 lads with no one to kick a ball about with.

Good luck Swindle.

Okay, so I’m schizophrenic. Reading boy (Swindon hate Reading and vice versa - I hate hate, if that makes sense) married to Blackpool. My two daughters are Tangerine through and through. I live in Wiltshire 15 miles from the County Ground and have been a few times. Now once again a season ticket holder at Bloomers. The most important thing, as a fan, is that you can be a part of ‘your club’ and feel that someone is running it with you in mind. I now think of myself (primarily) as a Blackpool supporter, I am so happy with the way Blackpool FC is being run (thank you Sir Simon), and hope that you guys in Swindon can get back to a ‘happy place’ like ‘us’ some time soon. We all feel for you 👍 Football is so much more than a business

I'm glad they are getting sorted and we been able to do something to help. Tough season for them ahead though, I think.
