Had a glitch when trying to renew Season Ticket as the genius at TicketMaster was trying to charge me an extra £70. Phone call this morning to Sarah at the club who was completely professional although under pressure trying to sort all of our calls etc. She was calm and said she would sort with TicketMaster as it was a known problem that had arisen today. Less than an hour later she had sorted it and I could but my ST. A big thanks to everyone at the office. Listened, said they would sort it, kept me informed and did the biz. 👍

Let’s just hope they allowed full capacity back at bloomers next season to repay the mighty Sadler critchley all the players and everyone else behind the scenes who have contributed to to club going from a laughing stock to one of the most organised most fan friendly chairman any club could want and I am so proud to support this club at this current moment . From where we have come let’s hope we can have a full house on the first game of season at home , tha atmosphere in my opinion will be like Southend times! Ten
 
Two of us bought ours today at the ticket office , I paid card and obviously got a receipt, my mate paid cash and got absolutely nothing . I'd assumed, especially as we moved seats we would receive something to confirm our new seat details , but nothing . My mate is now a bit worried that when it's time to pick up his card he has no paperwork to prove his purchase.
 
My son got his old seat reserved this evening and that was an email sent at about 8.30-9:00 pm. Working really hard that office crew.
