Had a glitch when trying to renew Season Ticket as the genius at TicketMaster was trying to charge me an extra £70. Phone call this morning to Sarah at the club who was completely professional although under pressure trying to sort all of our calls etc. She was calm and said she would sort with TicketMaster as it was a known problem that had arisen today. Less than an hour later she had sorted it and I could but my ST. A big thanks to everyone at the office. Listened, said they would sort it, kept me informed and did the biz.
