I think Marv is a big loss, we will be much weaker defensively unless we replace him successfully and that will not be easy. At all. Some people focus on his perceived weaknesses but could well realise what his strengths were in his absence, next season. Hopefully not.

Stop making stuff up he was offered a new contract ages ago but didn't sign.

But if offered a contract at under what he’s easily worth then he won’t sign. Like offering someone 6K when other teams will go double. Waste of an offer.

Players all the time run down contracts because 90% of the time their after more dough.
