Not Cup Tied at the moment, Accrington playing tonight in the 3rd round replay. Will they allow him to play ?
Interestingly McNally is Cup Tied at Burnley. Who will be on the bench as cover on Saturday ?
 
We would have Goode, Thorniley and Husband if he goes with two out of those then one on the bench, tricky for a new manager as you want to show some faith in those that have been doing the job and Goode might need another week before he is ready, Connolly can also fill in there.
 
If Mick wants to play his preferred 3 at the back then I guess it's Thorniley, Goode and one of Husband or Connolly (I expect Connolly is more what you'd expect physically in a MM team tbh)

I can see Connolly and Husband at WB. Mick has no issue playing up to 5 CBs!
 
His preferred is 442 watching an interview the other night, so will depend on how he thinks the personnel at his disposal fit into a shape
