That ref

Connolly made me laugh when he actually tried to maim Hudson-Odoi in the 77th minute just to see if the ref would notice.

Looked like was only told to book anyone for backchat or timewasting.
 
Things haven't changed since our Prem days then. Incredibly biased towards the bigger club. I've no idea how the ref has managed to book half our players in a game that wasn't even particularly dirty. Not only that, but I'd say we're pretty passive as a team too.
 
We were persistently fouling Gibbs-White all game. People cry when our players are booked. Most were deserved.

Funny how we get shit refs every week and nobody else does

Both teams were at it. However, only pool punished with any regularity.

I think it was CJ that was wiped out in the second half and nothing given! He wasn’t good.
 
On the other hand the ref in the Arsenal Liverpool game doing his level best despite Olympic standard cheating and diving all over the pitch.

Can't think of a foul of any note on gibbs white, he did fall over quite a lot. What did Albie do to get booked.
 
Never known a referee play on when there’s two balls on the pitch especially that close together.

Loved when one of our lads just booted the second ball into the same area as the rest of the game 😂

That was an odd moment. To be honest I thought the ref was generally OK but I probably would say that. There were no real incidents of note in the whole game..
 
He was so biased it was unbelievable.
Dembele wiped out 2nd half no card.
Rhodes fouled got up fouled again twice in same move, no free kick.
Rhodes fouled every time he got the ball, only 1 free kick given.
Where was var for blatant hand ball above his head? Certain pen!
5 yellows for us for nothing!

VAR is a waste of time.

You see it time after time in the prem, they ignore some obvious things and fails to do its job, but then can focus on others.
 
I see Husband talked himself into another booking. Does he not know the rules? DESCENT IS AN AUTOMATIC YELLOW CARD
