Support was superb throughout, little disappointed with the numbers though for a must win game. Maybe a lot had already given up.

I've watched Burnley games on Sky including the one against Rovers and they don't have half the atmosphere we have and they're top!

A large number of STs are exiles like myself. If you get back to back home games 3 days apart, the Tuesday fixture will suffer. I came up Saturday, but a 300 mile round trip midweek !

That was superb support last night, the way we upped the noise even when we went two down was magnificent. That alone has convinced me to renew my season ticket next season. I hope all the lads and lasses in the North renew too. A successful season next year and the decibel level will go through the roof but we showed last night the passion is there whatever.

I found myself in the South last night for the first time in many years and I was genuinely surprised how much noise was made in there. Plus you can actually move in the concourse and actually get a pint!
