Can I suggest the ignore button...?
I've had him on ignore for the last 3 weeks......and it's a different AVFTT
The major negativity and anger has just disappeared....Thought I could miss his comedy value.....but there's only so many dwarf jokes you can tell

Best thing I have done.....I can highly recommend it
 
Phil is obviously a massive Pool fan. You have to wonder if he spends an unhealthy amount of time of this board.

I didn't know there was an ignore button but the first person I'll ignore is me. Always said there should be a button for that.

His first comment makes the point that although many (including myself) would have preferred SD and MB (possibly along with a third, more experienced coach) as the ‘dream team’, it is now time to accept Mr S’s decision and fully support the returning oracle. His second comment alludes to the fact that neither of the recently appointed assistants are seemingly of the perceived calibre hoped for by many posters to this forum. As regards the observation relating to the new recruitment chief, while the stats may be facts (I’ve had neither time nor facility to check them myself), I’m personally persuaded to give benefit of the doubt to Mr S’s judgement on this one, as, after all, the ascent of the said assistants is presumably the choice alone of our new head coach. Obviously, as with most things in life, time will tell.

I'd say that getting on your high horse and telling everyone they need to be 'aligned' and get behind Critchley then 10 days later complaining about Critchley's choice of assistants and the fact there's been 'no good news' is pretty contradictory
 
I like Phil - generates discussion, makes provocative posts for discussion, doesn't sit on the fence .. but he does flip flop like a pair of beach shoes!
