The end of Butter Pies at the Nobbers????

I used to buy them from Booths in Poulton. It didn’t occur to me at the time it was a knob ender delicacy. Booths originate from Preston so that would explain it. Since I found out I have never had one since no shops in that store anymore. I must say though my boycott list is growing! No more Anheuser-Busch beers, no more Gillette, no more Nike etc etc🤣

Sorry, this is way over my head. They are a venue supplier, yes?

THE STORY OF BOOTHS

Our story began in June 1847 when tea dealer Edwin Henry Booth at just 19 years of age secured a loan of £80 to open his first shop, The China House in Blackpool. Mr Edwin’s flair for business and advertising allowed him to repay the debt just three months later, making a profit of £50. He continued to capitalise on this earlier success by opening a second, larger shop in 1855 in the market town of Chorley.

Yes it
What?! Our local seafood has to die in order to feed that lot??
Seafood is out of their price and taste. Better they stick to the basics 👍

Correct but reminds me of a PKE company. I once worked for a company that sponsored the scum and so fairly hostile to their associates.

Maybe but they had a huge store in PKE land and the owner in the 80s worked in dumpster land.

The high class one appears to have bailed out 😂
Not really fitting with either place tbh.

Hence why B&M's are flying up in Preston, one within close proximity of the big one just opened.

Can't imagine people getting too excited over the opening of a Booths.
