We are effectively 4 wins and a draw off an automatic place.
We can all go back through this season and remember at least 5 games where the opposition weren't all that great and yet under Critchley we have somehow conspired to lose those games through poor formation, team selection and substitutions.
Let's not get carried away by saying this league is any good. Orient last night made as many bad passes and mistakes as we did but they just looked better organised, more resilient and actually went the distance (also fair play to Wellens for his subs).
At this level you are never going to get great players but you need good management and we just don't have that under this numbskull.
