The new BFC site.

Click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top.left of the page. We'll that's what you do on android phone or tablet. Not checked on a laptop or desktop.
 
Wonder how long they'll leave the Play Off winning celebrations at the start of the site - great for the first couple of days but am already starting to find it a bit annoying!
 
One thing I've found is when you apparently log in it doesn't tell you you've logged in, still says log in so upon return on another day to the website I tried to log in and it came up with cant find your account.

I changed the password etc.

Anyway I realised I was logged in, would be helpful to them show your account as logged in.

Also how do you access that account once logged in, I cant find the my account bit, the bit that comes up once you have logged in, but the issue is I'm already in and you cant seem to get to it.

If you click the Burnley link for eg you can buy through there but you cant seem to get back to the account to see what your payments are or whatever.

Once logged in the login part should say the username and clicking it should take you to your account surely?

I’m having the same problems getting back in.
I’ve registered. Paid my £5.99 for a Burnley Match ticket which has been acknowledged by email but now can’t get back in to test the system. Thought I’d try watching highlights of other matches but it doesn’t recognise me.
I changed my password and looked at my account details but still can’t log in.
I don’t want to be messing about before KO tomorrow night.
 
I've tried mine again and was already logged out so logged in and now the login icon changes yo my account like you'd expect.

Also the videos that were showing 🔒 are now available, but they let me play last time I was logged in even though it showed 🔒

So it is working.

But I can't log out to double check my password manager has the correct password...
 
Are we any closer to knowing whether Tangerine TV are going to be streaming Pool matches in the Championship this season ?
 
It’s not all that great yet is it, maybe given time the content will get better and the accessibility issues will be resolved
 
Does not come on when you search Blackpool FC in search bar. Going into it via other category. Not main way. That part is not as good as the previous site.
 
I can't log in either. I registered and logged in when it went live and saved my password, but every time I've tried since, I just get an error message saying that my details can't be found on the system.

It looks good, but it's not much use if you can't log into the fucker.

I couldn't find it anywhere else.
Anyway ..after many attempts to register and login and several other hoops to jump through my £5.99 has at last been taken.
Is the Tangerine tv on YouTube?
If so I assume we are able to watch it on a smart tv.

Weird. It's let me log in on that link, but when I go from the Tangerine TV section to the main site, I can't watch any of the videos, they're all padlocked and nothing happens when I click on them.

EDIT: it's now logged me out again and said my log in details aren't correct 🤦‍♂️

I raised a ticket with the support company - they were not aware apparently that the Login / Register buttons where showing when you are logged in - they have passed over to the development team to fix also the the lack of a logoff option.
So there are clearly some issues.
