It does look good.
A large, attractive looking bar on the ground floor too, which goes largely unnoticed, until the signage will be in place.
This new bar is possibly larger than the old Yates's.

Good to see the Clifton Hotel on the corner of Talbot Square /Promenade, having a long overdue, makeover too.

Add the attractive Sainsburys and council office buildings, and the new tram depot (incorporating a 4* hotel building), Talbot Road is starting to look rather good on the eye.
