None at all? He can play as a ten, for one thing, and we can play with three up front. And do at times. And CJ at wing back is a terrible option that we keep choosing for no good reason.

Plus, if there's no point in him being here under this system now, the same will apply next season. So I guess we'll sell him in the summer?! Or loan him him out again to develop some more... One day in the future it might make sense to bring him back. When Critch has gone, perhaps.

How do you know he can play as a ten or is good enough in that role for League 1?
Next season will be his time to shine in that role after having a whole campaign of games under his belt especially with Dembelle gone and us more than likely still being in this division.👍

I've seen him play and noticed his attributes. There are no guarantees but he's a better player than CJ and Dale, in my opinion, and Dembele has been played far too much. Dembele is our one source of creativity. Bonkers to suggest that we're ok cos we've got Dembele. Stop Dembele and you stop Blackpool, as Wellens clearly understood.

If he's going to play as a ten next season, he should really playing as a ten now anyway, you'd think.

That's up to his current manager not us who prefers him as right wing.


He's from Liverpool started out with Tranmere then came to us so I really don't get the fixitian about the bloke, he's not one of ours unlike local lads Brad Holmes or Jake Daniels.

It's irrelevant where they come from. Maybe we should just give him back to Tranmere?

I am entirely clear in why we are inconsistent but that's not the subject of that post. It was a reply to your nonsense about Apter being the only value this season. Which is shite and disingenuous shite at that. Writing off absolutely everything leaves you open to be dismissed for having no balance or insight. And having a simple blinkered agenda. Have you ever a good posting day? I think not.

He might not, but at least he knows the rules around loans, as does everyone else.

under oystons the Blackpool managers job was the safest in football,they weren’t going to give someone 12 months money for nothing.
