Think we can all agree the players individually are decent guy's and do their best. But as a unit don't seem mentally or physically tough enough. We seem to lack that spark that makes us a winning team. The team needs a Keith Southern, Charlie Adam type players to push everyone.

Bang on. Norburn's pointy finger isn't doing it so far, but I'm not putting it all on him. We lack a bit of collective steel. Maybe that comes from believing in what you are being asked to do?

I’ve said this for a while now. There’s a real lack of characters in the squad.

First time under Critch we had Yates, Keshi, Madine, Husband and Maxwell, in the second season we added to this with Keogh and Bowler who certainly had plenty about him too.

Those characters are long gone and whilst they seem like nice enough lads, nice isn’t what takes you to the next level and gets an extra 10% from those around you.

Even the coaching set up seems to lack a character like Calderwood or McCall - both of whom seem very different to the coaches in place now.

Even BM and BG obviously brought additional characteristics to the club and perhaps that’s a loss that hasn’t even really registered with the fans.
