Sounds as solid as ever judging by what both men have said (and it’s clear from Sadler’s interview he’s ignorant to fan’s feelings towards him .. and I blame the North for the ridiculous fist pumping which is the only thing Simon will see).
Bearing all this in mind, we can but hope that David Downes has some gems lined up for this squad next season because at the moment it’s a very small handful of players which could help us achieve anywhere near Top 6 let alone Top 2.
 
Yep the squad we have does'nt have enough players who can turn and create something. Hamiltons not good enough, Dembele at 20yrs has done well but tonight and on other occasions he has been crowded out.We are to dependent on him. Thats not his fault, but Critchley has'nt created a squad with enough players who can open up defences, to many midfielders who do the same thing over and over again. Trying to force an error rather than creating something.

What difference would it make if he plays players out of position in formations they are not effective in?
 
Sadler will have a problem with Critchley pretty soon as he's not doing the job he expected him to do, coach the cheap players, bring them on and sell for decent ish money, "The Blackpool Way"

Not one of this squad are worth any kind of decent ish money, so the costs of next season will fall mainly on SS's wallet, fewer season ticket sales (virtually guaranteed after the sh1te show this season) no big money transfers, a nightmare for the likes of SS, who earns his money speculating, but generally with OTHER people's money.

Sadler has been chucking good money after bad with this disappointing, cowardly, snake like, boring boring clown of a man, coaching HIS players to play like they have tonight.

Makes you really wonder how long SS will put up this this rubbish.
 
Owning the club and paying the bills means S S will always be operating at a loss what ever Division we're in
I imagine losses in this league are the least so long as your entertaining the fans
Despite being one of the favourites for promotion the manager seems to have guaranteed league 1 next year
However season ticket revenue will drop if nothing changes, so I imagine a big clear out to come
Anyone of value will probably go
Unfortunately the manager will stay for now
 
If we ever make the play offs (I’m talking in future seasons because we’ve no chance this season) it will be in spite of Critchley and not because of him. Downes can bring in some gems but Critchley has already stated he thinks these players are best suited to these tactics and yet every man and his dog can see that they aren’t and that there’s players constantly being played out of position. Virtue at right wing back last night when there was the players on the pitch to switch to a 433 whilst Husband is also sat on the bench is an absolute final straw for me
