Just bought tickets for to Coventry game.
I got through straight away and the staff member I spoke to was patient (my request wasn’t straightforward) and helpful.
A really positive conversation and outcome.

We critique the club all the time, but you're right to bring up aspects that are well managed and deserve praise.

Always had a great customer experience when dealing with the ticket office.

Professionally managed and the staff always seem to know what they're doing.

Ticket office have been great for years . As an exile ordering away tickets they arrive within a few days. Came up without my season ticket this season and they sorted me out in minutes on a busy match day.
