This has to surely be one thing sadler and his team need to look at.

Its pathetic

They reckon its some cloud computing provider that is having issues & it supports many large customers, including .gov.uk!!

You'd think the clubs social media team would post about the website being down via their social media. Keep us informed.

A number of leading media websites are currently not working, including the Guardian, Financial Times, Independent and the New York Times.
The UK government website - gov.uk - is also down.
Affected websites displayed the message: "Error 503 Service Unavailable".
Early reports have suggested it could be related to Fastly, a cloud computing provider, which underpins a lot of major websites.

The club website seems to be running fine. When you click on the link to buy tickets it takes you to ticketmaster I think, they're having issues, and I doubt it's because of us. I've seen a few big websites not running at the moment.

Did anyone notice? 😉

He's a reasonable fella Steve, he just wants to stay informed, he is one of THEIR paying supporters let's not forget.

Sadler needs to sort it out, needs to "ave a word", let em know that we've got paying customers like Steve here who just want to stay informed.

Maybe a special hotline can be set up for the Steves?

I manage to renew mine after a few go’s they’re going to my old address which is ok because my uncle lives there now, it won’t let me change the address it’s so rubbish and needs sorting going forward a very painful experience.

Has the OP apologised yet? Nothing to do with the club.
Apologies for what the ticket agent the club use crashing everytime we want to buy tickets? Or the lack of communication from the club with regards to said tickets?
I don't think its my place to make statements on behalf of the club

Looks like the major internet issues could be resolved now. I managed to sort mine out without any problems.

Finally i have mine too.
I believe if i hadn't posted this on here then nobody would be able to buy tickets still. So I'll let the likes of Wizard thank me for my conserted efforts and putting my neck on the line and standing up for the fans. 😉

When the rest of the internet is down why should the club make a statement?
