Just a couple of years ago, Pool had Kev, Kenny and Keshi in midfield. They also had Dick calling the shots at the Back.THAT was a foundation upon which any team could be built. We are light years away from that !

I don't think any of our current team gets in our promotion winning team. Says it all.

It’s funny because the promotion winning team finished on 80 points that season. 5 games left; if (and the word “if” is doing an unholy amount of leg work here…) we won all of those 5 remaining games, we’d end up just 4 points worse off compared to the promotion season.

I find that difficult to comprehend because this season has felt like an absolute travesty at times.
