Ticket advice please

I have 4 season tickets year after year.
One is mine the others my dad, son and grandson.
We all have different client numbers.
I manage the ticket bookings.
The site will not let me buy or reassign tickets.
Can't get through to the ticket office on the phone.
Can't get down to the ground as I work full-time in Poulton.
On top of this we have the legalised 'touts' who are TicketMaster controlling distribution.

Shambles !

Spent all morning on this already - any help appreciated
 
The club are generally good. Like you no 10, we have tended to buy ST's as a consortium as some work on Saturdays sometimes etc.
