Ticket site not working

I thought this.
On the main ticket page I had a notification which showed my ST seats are reserved.
Login and check top right for red dot. Should be able to buy them there
 
Currently showing all ST seats unavailable, including my own 🙄
Anyone else having he same problem?
Don't you click on the my account bit, top right, then it says reserved ticket on mine futther down that page, click and add to basket.

I haven't gone further than that but seems to be working?
 
I’ll have to pop to the ticket office. Have all the tech in the world in my house but don’t have a printer these days!!
Sorry yes misread that. Assume there would be a cost for sending out but print at home is free. You would think there would be a way to add to season ticket app.

Yeah there is normally an option for it to be posted for a couple of quid extra, I did that for the Forest Green game, but guessing the timescales don’t really allow for that for this game.

Agree would be ideal if it could be loaded up onto the season ticket on your phone.
 
Was just about to ask the same, I presumed with it not asking either way about post or print at home that they would be loaded onto my season ticket but my email has got a pdf of the tickets on there. Not had a printer for ages so will the club just print them if I pop down. Surprised it's not digital tbh

Season ticket holders have their seats reserved so they don’t go on the plan to book, they go to the ‘reserved seats’ section which is below the ‘managed tickets’ section and their tickets should be there.

What about those that can't print at home and can't get to the club beforehand to collect? Exiles, working etc. Do they just have to collect on the evening of the game? Hardly ideal.

Print at home can work on a phone. As I've done it before, however it's not really designed for a phone and is a faff to zoom and get the barcode in the right place so it'll scan.

Could depend on the phone too whether it fits in.

Of course it should be looked at to make it like the ST tap to get in with NFC, as that would be much easier.

Failing that a 'mobile' version of the print at home ticket so no rejigging needed would work.

All it needs is that the ticket has the barcode arranged horizontally at the top of the phone I think.

My thinking is that we have a home match next weds with somewhere between 7 and 10 thousand pool fans attending. Maybe one third live out of town and many would find it hard to collect tickets before the day. I think we should be finding ways to make this process easier for fans. Something for the club to work through.
 
So I am able to manage 3 x ST on my account, plus mine, but only have access to mine plus one other reserved for the game.

Any idea how I can access the others to reserve them and purchase them?

The site isn’t straight forward at all.
