Evening, just thinking I’m away on holiday for 2 home games, anyone know if they would print a paper ticket off for these games so someone else could use them? They are already paid for.

Can’t wait for sat, utp !!!!
 
Can’t make Saturday but have someone who’d fancy going. Can you ring the ticket office and they’ll print a ticket out to pick up? I know it’s been done to death but can it be done
 
I asked on Saturday and they said no. But there was due to be some form of ticket related announcement coming soon I was told … no idea what.
 
Terms and conditions say you can't pass it on to someone.
Just pay the 20 for a plastic card over two seasons and get who you are giving the card to contribute towards it.
 
There is a way to transfer the digital ticket, though it may be via email. I asked the same question and that's what I was told. The digital ticket works like scanning your bank card to pay for stuff... It generates a different code every time it scans to avoid fraud. Apparently......🤷
 
Send your mates the e-mail you got with ST details, they download on to an app your ticket and as long as only one of you uses it, it's fine.
 
I tried to download my grandsons ticket but it wouldn't let me. I had already done mine from my email address so I sent the email for my grandson to a different email address and then it let me download it from the different email address.
 
The phone download is only active on one phone (someone said it can be on an apple and android at the same time, but hit and miss).

The ST is non-transferable. If caught they can delete your ST.

Solutions:-

1. Send mate ST email and delete download off your phone, they can install and download for use. They then delete etc etc

2. Phone TO tell them your phone is goosed and you're awaiting it being mended/new one. Ask for a paper ticket to be sent via emither or collected. If collected make sure mate has client ref No and probably your email and house addresses.
 
Online e-ticketing system now allows you to send tickets by email to friends !!!! Just done it .

Yep - just done that for son's ticket as he is at a wedding.

If they keep this for full season will be a lot easier for me, as someone not living local, to transfer our tickets when one, or both of us, can't attend. In the past we just couldn't physically pass on tickets due to logistics.

Think this is one of the reason they want digital only. In the small print they state transferring of tickets in not allowed. I would rather have as many fans there rather than paid for empty seats. The digital system doesn’t accept photos or print outs.
To me the ticket is paid for and should be ours to do as we wish but another money grabbing ploy. In my opinion only though
 
Perhaps the issue is that a season ticket is heavily discounted to a match day ticket. There is an argument that anyone wanting to take advantage of someone else's ticket should pay the differential.
