Did we really need to make 5 changes? We need to select a line up and stick with it, get some consistency. I believe that's the reason we are not scoring enough, the strikers don't get a good run in the team. 2 shots on target the whole match against 10 men for most of the match says it all. You need to start learning from your mistakes Critch and soon??

His tinkering got us promoted last season and has us half way up The Championship this season, I feel a bit of perspective is needed.
 
We don't score enough

We don't keep settled sides (injuries permitting)

We don't seem to concentrate as a team in the final 10 minutes of games

We don't seem to question vociferously dodgy refereeing decisions

When those are sorted out, we will be a Force to be reckoned with
 
I like Critch and have been more than positive with his management since he joined but there are times when I (like many others) shake my head and ask wtf is he thinking. Tonight 1st half was shocking, he set us up far too defensive, it cost us we went 1 down. Man sent off and he didn't react quick enough, we gave them a chance to set up and repel whatever we had (which wasn't enough) Tonight I am really disappointed with Critch, we should have thrown everything at them for over an hour, we didn't and it cost us.

I don't agree. It is a football myth that you must always pick the same players or play the same way. Who says so?

I quite like it that nobody knows how we will set up. The players usually adapt OK, and that is what counts.

Well I'm not sure they adapted too well last night. To play 7 defence inded players isn't open invitation for the opposition to attack. Even when they went down to 10 men, we still didn't change to a more attacking formation.

At half time we brought on a striker for a defender
