If he has genuinely made the decision on his own choice then yes, however it's likely it's Banks' influence. If he fell out with Appleton maybe he fell out with him too? Given their age and character you get the feeling Maxwell and Banks are closer than he will be with Grimmy.
 
I'd imagine Maxwell has put his hand up and said he's been at fault but that's behind him now and Dobb has gone with that. Will SD even see them train?

Maxwell hasn’t been at his best the last two games but has made plenty of saves in previous games but fans won’t see that. Also it doesn’t help whatever defence he’s had in front of him have most of the time been absolutely shite. Dobbie was never going to drop one of the senior players and with Banks the main coach he must have a big say.

Pleased Connolly isn’t starting in midfield but I’d have had him ahead of 50p head Nelson at CB.

Pleased Lyons, Thorniley, Fiorini and Keshi all start.

Question marks over CJ I must say but we shall see.

We’ve fuck all to lose and they’ve a play off place to cement so let’s see how this goes, COME ON YOU POOL!
