Only people missing are Joseph, Gabriel and Virtue. Seems like virtue could be off but was in the media video the other day so not sure.
Latest news is Barnsley want him.
 
Hoping that Connolly and Husband won't be regular starters this season. Both good pros and cover a lot of positions between them from the bench but Lyons is a better wingback and we need a genuine left sided centreback.
 
Hamilton played right wing back and Connolly left wing back which was a bit odd. I think Lyons should definitely be starting. Dougall and Trybull both looked good when they came on too. Critchley and Garrity were clearly trying to coach Thompson as much as possible. They didn't seem convinced by him at all.
 
Most probably the team we see next weekend. I’d rather see Trybull in the starting 11 but that’s everyone else‘s opinion as well. I don’t know if I’m having Beesley. Think we could do with a better big lad.
 
Why do we persist in playing people not in their best positions.

Connolly, Pennington, Husband, and Hamilton.
 
Well Critch sees there's a problem wirh the left side but how is Connolly the answer?

He signed Beesley but is going to have to accept it was a duff call i think. Not sure what he saw in him.

I've never seen Carey fully involved in a game. Maybe others have. Has good moments but just pops up occasionally.

Maybe we start with Dale and Lavery next week. And Trybull or Dougall into midfield. Or both?!
