Astonishing returns for Boro who only bought him for just £1m last July. 😮
 
I can’t get over this £16 million . Has he been ripping it up in the championship or something can’t recall anything .

Bet Steve Gibson is driving him there !!!!

Yeah was thinking this.

He was alright for us, showed a few moments of class but didn’t see that 6/7 months down the line someone would be shelling out £16m for him.

Like you say, for Boro he’s been used as a sub fairly often.

Time will tell if he’s worth the money.

Nobody's worth the money. Whilst we have workers on minimum wage and teachers, police, NHS, military and other worthwhile people being paid a pittance then it's bollocks. By all means pay top sportsmen a premium but millions...no.
