10th year looking after junior footy teams - currently manage boy 3s u11s and boy 2s u14s team.

U11s played 4 lost 4. Just about to set off for the u14s game - current stats played 3 lost 3. I'm feeling the management pressure - I take it all back Neil!!!

Always need a decent experienced number 2. One that turns up with a stopwatch. He kept me sane and advised every 8 minutes when a new sub was due on.
