UFO report due today

I reckon this is part of a gradual US plan to release info. Reckon they believe the public will be less shocked if evidence just gradually leaks out

Could be the start of full disclosure,maybe.. thats if they even know what these things are that have been filmed/tracked on radar.
Like someone said further up the thread, i cant see us being told anything that they dont want us to know.

The US at least have been far more open to these type of stories these last few years. Can’t be a coincidence. Will be part of a deliberate drip feed of bits of evidence to lessen the public panic

Yep, weve gone from calling people who believe in this stuff nutters and loons to the pentagon and US navy pretty much saying its real, setting up a task force and publishing a report. Today COULD be a big step.

Why would UFO's not be real? Everytime I look out of a plane window, there's a whole host of things up there I can't identify and I've never once claimed they weren't real.
 
The chances of there being life somewhere else in the universe are overwhelming.

The chances of those lifeforms having developed intergalactic travel at the same time that humanity exists and have chosen Earth out of the billions upon billions of planets are pretty miniscule I think.

It's probably some secret cold war stuff.

Can’t wait, been interested in this for many years.
It was only a matter of time, interesting that sightings have increased since COVID according to sources I read.

Me too, if the report states that they have no idea what they are, it pretty much rules them out as being terrestrial, the Pentagon wouldnt admit to not knowing what these things are without knowing 100% that they werent Russian/Chinese, ect.

Could another nation take a huge technological leap without the US knowing anything about it ? Highly doubtful.
 
I keep looking on Ticketmaster for txts for Area 51 and the guided tour, but nothing yet. I'll keep you posted.......

I'd agree. But I would dismiss the Fermi paradox generally... mainly due to the fact that habitable world seem much more common when the theory was developed and it seems unlikely that most civilisations wont get past a certain blocking point

But would they say "we've no idea what it is"... to give their opponents a false sense of security in order to gain more knowledge on such things when they start to relax and get bolder with how they use such technology?

Waste of time then.

On things for sure, they have been spotted and captured by military and have no known explanation to why they can move like they do within the laws of physics.

One even mimicked the jet going to check it out then vanished.

Just doesn't seem plausible for any country to have that sort of tech.
 
Load of crap, they know what they are but they are not going to tell us. Jeez, Rendlesham forest, Area 51 and Lake Superior to name a few.
Until one of these crafts lands or crashes for all to see, the cover up will go on.

Its a very slow drip, this was just a preliminary report, but at least the military and congress are now openly talking about this stuff, so its a big step forward.
 
Of course there is 'The Roswell Incident' in July 1947.
It was claimed that a 'flying object' had crashed near to Roswell in New Mexico.
The Pentagon quickly jumped in saying it was weather balloon. Some time later they changed their story.
There have been many theories over the years.
