You've probably caught them unawares, I doubt they were expecting any takeups after the first half of the season. They should personally deliver your part season ticket gift wrapped with a mince pie and a glass of sherry.

No it sounds like the same issues some have had since the website launched, really poor to still not be running smoothly.

Yeh it was tongue in cheek really, the website hasn't been good and don't talk to me about the mobile season ticket app.

Yeah same for me with the apparent 'train strikes'.

Managed to do it on my pc. Wasn't mobile phone friendly it seems. Although tried and failed on the wife's laptop
