Unfortunately, I'm not seeing any improvement at all.

14 games without a win, and incapable of keeping all 11 players on the pitch because we're constantly chasing shadows due our piss poor midfield.

This has been an absolutely shocking season in every department. A string of ridiculous, non-sensical decisions by the board in managerial appointments, player transfers, and combined with an injury list that never gets any shorter (due to transfer decisions we've made), it's been a complete and total calamity.
Signing crocks and passing up opportunities to sign players like Bishop on the grounds of his injury record is laughable, and I'd say it's actually a little bit insulting to the intelligence of the fan base. There's no way that was the reason we didn't sign him considering the injury prone players we subsequently signed.

We have no quality about us at all. We can't keep the ball for more than two seconds, we have one fit striker, the centre half pairing has had about 20 different combinations so far, we signed a loan player in August but then didn't play him because of his attitude, but proceed to keep him in January - and then still don't play him because of his attitude. I mean, who tf is making these decisions?

For the first time I'm starting to think the worst. Yes safety is still well within reach, but we just don't have a win in us. Anyone thinking we'll be ok when we get this player or that player back, I'm afraid they aren't going to come back in time. Players like Gabriel, Ekpiteta, Lavery, Trybull, Stewart, Bridcutt, Fiorini, Keshi - it's too late. We don't have time to get them up to match fitness/sharpness. The team we played today is going to be about as good as it gets for us this season, and it's a long long way short sadly. As someone said a few days ago, there needs to be a full review of our injury problems, because it isn't coincidence, and there also needs to be a full review of the logic of signing injury prone players at the expense of not spending an extra few £ to get signings over the line of players that can actually play most of the season. We've wasted so much money this season.

I still fully support SS, but we need a football man on the board, because the football decisions we are making right now, and have made in the last 12 months, strongly suggest that they have absolutely no idea what they're doing.
