100%, only mentioned this today to my mate.
Under Grayson with PARKES and Thommo we also brought in the right players with the right mentality, They would run themselves into the ground each game, even the forwards!

Holloway benefited from Parkes work. Holloway was just in the right place at the right time. Parkes was the man who brought Charlie Adam to the club. I spoke to him when we first signed Baptiste, before he was even a regular starter and he told me how good he was going to be.
