Let’s do the maths instead. We will in all likelihood need 78 points to get in the playoffs.
From here, that means we need an average of 2 points per game, that’s automatic promotion form.

We have a squad that is good enough but changes to system or management need to happen very quickly for top 6 to be possible.

And can you blame them? No leadership. Lacking in direction. Tactically bankrupt. Fitful performances. Tiresome tactics. Scattergun approach to games. No sense of cohesion. Bereft of confidence. Intimidated by opponents. Vulnerable. Cautious. Cowed ... I could go on, but I'm starting to find this excercise in futility totally dispiritng, so you might be relieved to hear I'm drawing this montage in misery to a rather timely close. Goodnight, campers.
C'mon, I think now is the time to show a level of tolerance and understanding. Anyone gaining any kind of satisfaction from pointing out CJ 'would run the legs off 16 year olds' is clearly in need of some kind psychiatric intervention; and don't even get me started on those oddities guilty of submitting treatise in praise of Con ..., Con..., Con-merchant Connelly. I mean, what, precisely, must he have 'had' on the manager to ensure his place in the starting line-up for all these months? I mean, I'll be damned if I know - but we must obviously be talking of something pretty serious.
It's not a nurse that's required. It's a qualified psychiatrist, with the legal powers required for the sectioning of those individuals deemed a threat either to themselves, or to other members of the public. Now, where are those blinds?
