Ups and Down now our fate is sealed.

So who would we like up, down and staying put?

Rotherham's fate looks sealed and the Wendies and Udders coming down would be good for close games but it might be worth seeing Plymouth coming down as doubt they'd repeat their success of last season.
Obviously be good to see Notlob stay down and am happy to lose Peterborough presuming Derby go up.
Bit of a Hobson's choice between Vale and Burton - I'd probably take Vale staying up for ease.
Hard to see it but be lovely if Morecambe came up, would love to see Crewe back I'll take Stockport, Wrexham and Mansfield .. anyone but MK Dons.

For me personally Plymouth down, Cheltenham stay up, MK Dons & Crawley promoted. Only because I've never been to these grounds yet.

This is how I think it will play out:

Down - Rotherham, Sheffield Wed & Plymouth

Up - Portsmouth, Derby & Peterborough

Down - Carlisle, Fleetwood, Cheltenham & Burton

Up - Stockport, Mansfield, Wrexham & Crewe

Selfishly - to tick off grounds I've not done - I'd want Rotherham and Plymouth to come down. In the same vein I'd want Mansfield, MK Dons, Crawley and Gillingham to come up.

Next season has to be all about promotion so would like to see the three biggest clubs promoted who would all be ‘nailed on’ next season if they failed this time around. That would be Portsmouth, Derby & pains me to say it, Horwich. Posh have been good against us but inconsistent and more likely to be weakened than the other 3.
Coming down, I would laugh my head off if it’s the MASSIVE but they would be strong so I would take Rotherham, Plymouth & Huddersfield.
Going down from league 1 doesn’t matter they are all dross so any 4.
Coming up unfortunately looks like Stockport & Wrexham who will both have ambitions beyond just staying up and making up the numbers. Hopefully Wrexham miss out, so along with SC I’d take Crewe, Barrow & Morecambe just for closeness and they would all struggle

But some geezer in the battle cruiser was telling me the other day that we always play better against the big sides and more chance of winning (Portsmouth away) should we not want more of their like in the division or was he talking shit?

Never listen to what a bloke down the rub-a-dub tells you, especially if he’s had a few pigs ears

Rotherham are bound to take one of the auto League 1 promotion places next season. They just bully their way through League 1 (they got it sussed). No wank tappy tappy bollocks.

Yep agree with that Newby except l can see Huddersfield dropping instead of Plymouth. I’d like to see Barrow go up too but not sure they will make it through the play off games.

Aye, that was a massive 3pts for Plymouth last night. From a travel point of view, Huddersfield would be a much easier away day.
