Walking football

Not had much of a response on my thread below tetley, don’t want to turn up and there only be a handful of us. Could do with a few more committing
 
I can't make as I have a bad back - just came on yesterday

Well, tonight we witnessed the best goal ever scored at walking football - take a bow St Ives 👏 And just for added icing, the winning goal as well..
 
Great stuff again tonight. Good numbers again with another new face and that's without some of the regulars. We're going to need a bigger park.

Yep, good to see steady numbers and new players down. We should be in a good place hopefully when we come back under the stewardship of the Community Trust and a regular venue.
 
Maybe we get to the point where we have two games going and play ‘ round robin ‘
Sorry I missed tonight - couldn’t even tie my shoelaces anc on the painkillers so it was a definite no no for me
 
Has anybody got any video of this walking football? If not, then maybe next time as I'd love to watch it.

Although it doesn't look like 'walking' rather than running (well, at my age it does!)
