They have got some really decent gigs coming up and deserve a bit of support. I have just bought tickets for Bad Manners on the night of the Cardiff game (Saturday 14th August) and Im sure Buster Bloodvessel will be a good watch.

The Buzzcocks are on this Sunday and Monday and Wendy James and Wishbone Ash are on soon...they also have some quality tribute acts.

Wishbone Ash isn’t mentioned on the Waterloo site when l looked on Sunday but is on the Ash site for 19th Oct, I'll be there if it is on 👍
It is listed on their website now...I like the look of Rammlied who are a top Rammstein tribute act but Im in Bournemouth all weekend watching the mighty seasiders

For anyone who's not seen Rammlied, they're a great watch. Saw them before lockdown at the Waterloo, they had the place bouncing.

Even if they are a guitar short!

I'm going to see Tony Wright the night before Bad Manners, I think I'll go to bad Manners too as I have a personal connection to them.

Anyone else going to see Tony Wright?

Got some lined up at the Bootleg Club too, never been in there, what's that like?

I like the Bootleg a lot and seen some really good bands in there like Slow Readers Club; October Drift; Working Men's Club and The Spitfires.
It doesn't have the character of the Waterloo but it's nice and clean, beers/ lagers are ok. Holds about 300 max. I'd say the sound is better in the WMB though.

Looking forward to seeing you in just over a week Mark, be good to catch up. I'm up on the Friday and going back home Sunday so a chance to enjoy some time there over the weekend. There are some decent bands on at the Bootleg who I am coming up for other games so will likely attend some of those.

Can you PM me the POC for this season?
