Yet I'm reading on this board that we need a massive clear out because the players aren't good enough. Both can't be right.

Why? It's all about opinions, mines correct to me, other people's to them, it's just an opinion..

He’s had 46 games to work out that his system doesn’t work away from home, he’s also bizarrely decided that Jordan Gabriel isn’t good enough to start, he’s not worked out that the back three can’t play as a back three. He isn’t going to change.

It’s raw. I get it.
It hasn’t been the season or the performances some had hoped for. It’s not as bleak as many are making out though.

I‘m optimistic for next season. Some homegrown talent hopefully impacting the squad, some movement off the field, a budget and team of players with promotion in mind and chance to ship out some of the deadwood too.

Promotion or bust. A run for automatic- maybe even the first title in many fans lifetimes.

No point wasting time being miserable and angry - move and and choose optimism. You’ll feel better for it
