As said on a other thread about the game being on...

We'll look pretty stupid if it isn't, given our protestations about the last fa cup game and fixture build up, we got that on in far colder conditions only for the fa to call off.

Surely we need to stop thinking like the past now.

It's not even a bad cold snap. It's 5 or 6 degrees for a prolonged period the day before and raining. It only goes towards freezing for a brief moment that night. The next day is cold but not below freezing and the sun's out.

Again, if we can't get that game on we look tinpot.

Could be tricky if the pitch is damp as temperatures set to go below freezing during the game.

They'd need to below freezing from about 4 to freeze the pitch.

There won't be a problem.
Well as said earlier ,if covers are not on , with all this rain and there is a risk of frost early tomorrow morning , dont hold your breath , it could be off .Hope not .

The current predictions are zero temperatures during the day and below freezing from 5pm. If the pitch is uncovered in the hours before it could well freeze.

"May not be pretty tonight and the pitch will be very dry and could come apart but if the games on, our jobs done!"

If the game's on.

Certainly colder than was forecast yesterday and the groundy seems a bit hesitant.
They would have had to call it off to stop forest fans travelling by now you would think
TV. They don't give a poop about fans.
