Put a shift in when he came on and helped us see out the game. He was covering Turton with the threat of their sub on the left wing, I wonder if NC instructed him to do it?

I’ve been impressed with Ward lately.

First time hes played his actual position, wide right, since he arrived i think. Hopefully with dougall coming in and doing well, and us looking better with a double pivot of 2 holding midfielders, rather than 1 holding and 2 attacking either side, we might see less of ward in Central midfield and use him as an alternative option wide right if hamiltom isn't on his game.

Not his biggest fan but did a good job today and contributed well when he came on.
