There was some dispute over the contract and all sorts of shenanigans between the Livi chief executive and KO, hence the reason why it wasn’t sorted until the day before the start of the season.
I recall FIFA had to get involved so I’m sure there wouldn’t have been a hint of fraud whatsoever.

Livi tried to block it but FIFA ruled in our favour
