What do we expect from our Head Coach?

The basics for me are to improve the playing squad and win football matches.

I am genuinely struggling to see many players that have improved and our ability to win football matches away from home is a serious problem.

It’s so frustrating as I still maintain this squad of players are seriously underperforming.

I would expect a bare minimum would be for the coach to set a team up properly, change systems and players during the match to try to win the match and play to our strengths and let the opposition worry about us.

For me it's consistency across the board and by that I mean team selection as in who is good and who is bad.
Players shine in the cup games and don't get a sniff simply because he seems to have favourites.
When Connolley has a stinker he comes out and talks about how he never lets us down but other players are dropped instantly.

CJ doesn't even recognize what a football is atm and has played almost every minute of the league game so far.
He isn't and will never be a wing-back and it must be galling for players who are qualified to play that position, I have enjoyed watching the cup games without him.
