What does Kerslake do ?

I suspect he’s just a yes man for Applehead. Both inept. Get rid of both asap to give us some chance of staying in this division. Put Eardley and Dobbie in as caretakers until a permanent manager found. They would set the team up better and give everybody some belief. Yates on the bench today absolutely appalling and subs so late when they changed 4. It beggars belief why this management duo have not been sacked by now.

I think that’s a good point. Apps and his coaching staff seem thick. That’s worrying as they will never learn from their mistakes

It’s all jobs for the boys. They don’t want to be here, both of his assistants are from the Lincoln brigade alongside Bridcutt, it’s just a job for them.

Looking at Kerslakes CV, it’s hardly exciting, reads off like the school of big lumps and hoof ball.

His other assistant is as non descript as it gets. There’s literally nothing about him out there and his purpose looks like he’s there to work with the youth players and link the dev squad to the first team. He is another one whose done really well considering none of dev squad has had a single sniff of first team football.
