What happens next season?

Obviously with Bury being expelled from the EFL we have had 23 teams instead of 24 in the league this season, but what happens next season? Is it now a 23 team league or will there be an extra promotion place from each of the leagues below to even it back out? Sorry if been covered, but I genuinely don't know
 
Only 3 going down this season. 4 up from league 2. And in league 2 only 1 down and 2 up from the national league. So they will be back to normal next season.

No idea how they will be restructuring from national league down.

Cheers chopper. Pretty much common sense, but not long been awake haha
 
Non league watchers....Are ‘new’ Bury starting from rock bottom or did they get a jump start?
