This season is very nearly over. We won’t get relegated but we won’t make the play offs with Captain Critchley at the helm.
There is nothing to lose by acting now.
Get rid of Critchley and put Dobbie in as caretaker while we conduct a search for the best man. If Dobbie is successful in the meantime he should be right in the frame.
Last time he largely played the correct players in their correct positions which is a start.
Give him a chance.
