Neil you look like you’ve lost your mojo and keep blaming everyone else for our indifferent season. Did you just come back because there were no other managerial options?

Despite some players under criticism, do you take final responsibility for defeats?

With promotion the club's aim this season, will you quit if Pool fall short?

That's the thing I really can't get my head round. Form picked up when Calderwood came in. You don't need to be a statistical genius to work out the relationship. SS must have seen that. So wtf let him fly solo this time?

Get rid, get a young manager in and put an exp. No 2 alongside.

If Critchley walked in to the Repair Shop with his tactics in a box asking for them to be mended, he'd be told to bin them whilst someone shouted NEEEEEXXXXXTTTT.
 
1, why do you play predicable slow sidways and back passing football away from home?
2, Do you for some strange reason believe we are in the champions league when playing away from home?
3, has anyone told you it's league one?

Why do we pull all 11 players back at corners, when Dembele and CJ can not defend to save their lives?

2. When u do any subs why just do like for like?
3. Why play that shite formation every game.. all game
4. Why big up every team no matter their position in league in pre talks
5. Why have ure mates. CJ.. connelly and virtue been guaranteed starting or squad places
6. After likes of Wigan and Derby Post match u still talk shite
7. How do u feel that u have destroyed the good feel of bfc with boring football

How often do you water the geraniums?

Do you think you were better suited to putting out cones and making brews at Villa rather than doing a proper football job.
 
Did the experiences at Villa and QPR dent your confidence & belief in what you do? Has that made you play safer tactically this time around as you try to rebuild it?

Can you explain the qualities and importance of coach Iain Brunskill? He joined you during your 1st spell in the 2nd part of the Championship season where you won 5 out of 16 and then at QPR where you won 1 in 12 games and then back here again where you’ve won 17 out of 40?

You’ve spoken about the team being possession based? But have adopted team selections where players who aren’t very comfortable on the ball have had a lot of the ball? How do you see that & what’s your plans to change it?

What do you see the roles of your two wing-backs in your system? What’s your ideal? Do you think that’s been met this season?
